Refund Policy
At whysp store, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer's remorse.
Exceptions: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund only if the item arrives damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or the order was lost in transit.
How to Request: Contact us at ekmsap@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at ekmsap@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
